Be very careful while opting for vitamin acne treatment. As you have already mentioned it is better to consult a doctor. Actually vitamin A is fat soluble and is very toxic to your body. Taking large amounts of vitamin A supplements for extended periods of time can even cause liver and nerve damage. Well….this was a good post…….but I’ll like to add a few important points.
