Don’t be too sure. Having acne or a clear complexion does not determine whether a person is pregnant or not. Yes, pregnancy acne is one of the symptoms of being pregnant, especially during the first trimester. But then again, this is relative. It is not an absolute certainty that if a person is pregnant she will suffer from pregnancy acne.
