We found out that according to the company’s returns and exchanges policy, you have to return the product within 30 days of the date of order to claim a refund. We felt that it might take more than 30 days for a person to find that the product is not working for him/her. In that case the customer would remain unsatisfied with the product and would not be able to return it as well. The company deducts shipping and handling charges from the refund that has been claimed and they do not accept overly used products.
